"I tell you the truth, the Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees his Father doing, because whatever the Father does the Son also does." -- John 5:19

Hi Vague Person,

I couldn't agree more. One person being the Church? That doesn't make a lick of sense. Don't know if I came across saying that. In fact, the way I envision this is that this is an entire body's vision for how to see themselves. Think like this: church is not a place you go, it's something you are. Not you individually, but you in a corporate sense (and that you individually are a *part* of).

I'm not trying to re-invent anything or separate myself from the Church in the slightest sense. Believe it or not (based on all my seemingly negative comments), I LOVE the Church. I ADORE it. Never will I ever separate myself or anyone I have the privilege to lead from the entire Church body. Being part of a worshiping community is a ridiculously beautiful thing to me because I get to take part in being a piece of the BRIDE of Christ. How amazing is that?

Maybe I need to write a mushy love note to the Church on here. Like something similar to Philippians instead of something similar to Ephesians, for instance.

Sorry if I came across as "weird" with what I envision...
